I was honoured with the name “Eagle Woman Flies High” by my beloved teacher, the late Eliana Harvey, founder of the Shamanka School of Women’s Shamanism. More recently, during a medicine naming ceremony held at summer solstice, I was gifted the name “Rising Eagle” by Standing Bear, a First Nation Elder, and my soul tribe. 

These names carry the frequency of my path - one of vision, empowerment, and deep remembrance.

As a seeker of truth, freedom is fundamental to me - as is the joy of spontaneity, the magic of celebration, and living life barefoot with a raucous laugh.

My path has not been without storms - I’ve met shadow, walked with grief, and faced fire.
I’ve journeyed through childhood wounds, the weight of unworthiness, and the bindings of social expectation.
I have shed many skins.
And yet, I rise - with deeper faith and trust each time. 

In my twenties, a profound loss, together with the initiations of motherhood and travel, became some of my greatest teachers - each offering deep lessons that carved wisdom into my bones and opened my heart wider.

Yoga has been my lifeline through it all - a sacred thread that has saved me more than once, always guiding me home to myself.

It’s been a wild ride - and it feels like I’m just getting started.

I am now here in service of life itself, holding space for others to come home to themselves.

May we rise together - with love, courage, and wild devotion.
And so it is.
