My Path

Medicine, Mentorship & Mastery

I am a healer of the Shamanka Medicine Woman lineage, deeply attuned to the subtle energies that flow through people and the Earth. With the skill to hold sacred and transformative space, I serve as a guide to higher truths and soul remembrance.

This year brings the wild fire horse energy of movement, change, and courage. I sold my house and retreat space in January and have now stepped fully onto the water, living on a canal boat - ready to meet the lessons of water, having already walked the ways of earth, fire, and air. Clarity has turned to action. The shedding is done, and now we run.

I now move with freedom and flow, following where I am called - traveling to sacred sites, holding ceremony, and answering the

invitations of Spirit.

As a former yoga teacher trainer, I nurtured the hearts of my community on my land in the Sacred Valley of the White Horse, Oxfordshire. Through sweat lodges, celebratory gatherings, and immersive yoga trainings, I have supported the growth of a diverse tribe of Yoga Teachers and Shamanic Initiates - each now part of my living lineage of Sacred Space Holders.

Rooted in reverence for ancient Earth wisdom, I weave together the teachings of Shamanism, Yoga, and Indigenous practices  - bringing these energies alive through ceremony, ritual, and pilgrimage.

I call upon us all to restore balance and harmony to Mother Earth during this potent time of transformation, and invite you to dance in the celebration of life - fully, freely, and with

wild devotion.
