Cancellation Policy

To honour the sacred preparation and energy involved in each session, the following policy applies: Full payment is required at the time of booking for both one-off sessions and three-session packages. All bookings are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind. Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Any requests to move your appointment must be made at least 3 days in advance — otherwise, the session will be considered forfeit. No-shows and late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded. Your time, energy, and commitment are deeply respected - and I ask the same in return. Thank you for understanding and honouring this sacred exchange.
